Childbirth can be one of the most sacred events of ones' life. It can also feel like a big mystery with many unknowns. Lets' demystify what has the potential to be the most memorable and life-changing moments you will ever experience!

Although this class is currently virtual, it will not lack information, engagement, and fun! Together, we will learn about the physiology of birth, bodily changes during pregnancy, stages of labor, birth positions, pain-reducing methods, and more!
